Quick Tip 7 – Turning Styles into Layers in Photoshop

Sometimes applying a style to a layer is not enough. If you want to reapply the same style again you can rastirize the layer style but you will loose the blend modes. A way around this issue is to turn the styles into layers and that way you will preserve the blend modes, clear the layer style list and you will be able to reapply the styles with different settins. Take a look at the demonstration.
